Estamos buscando un Analista de Logística detallista y analítico para unirse a nuestro equipo en San Pedro Garza García, México. En este puesto, desempeñará un papel crucial en la optimización de las operaciones de nuestra cadena de suministro y en la mejora de la eficiencia logística general.

  • Analizar los datos de la cadena de suministro para identificar tendencias, cuellos de botella y áreas de mejora.
  • Desarrollar y mantener métricas y KPI de rendimiento logístico
  • Colaborar con equipos interfuncionales para optimizar los niveles de inventario y reducir costes
  • Evaluar y recomendar mejoras en los procesos de transporte y distribución
  • Preparar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento logístico y presentar las conclusiones a la dirección
  • Ayudar en la implantación y el mantenimiento del software de gestión de la cadena de suministro
  • Supervisar las normativas de comercio internacional y garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos aduaneros
  • Apoyar el desarrollo de estrategias logísticas para mejorar la eficacia operativa
  • Realizar análisis de costes y beneficios para las soluciones logísticas propuestas
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua dentro del departamento de logística

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en gestión de la cadena de suministro, logística, administración de empresas o campo relacionado
  • De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en logística, cadena de suministro o campo relacionado
  • Dominio del software de gestión de la cadena de suministro (por ejemplo, SAP, Oracle SCM)
  • Sólidos conocimientos de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos (por ejemplo, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excelentes capacidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
  • Experiencia en gestión y optimización de inventarios
  • Conocimiento de las normativas de comercio internacional y los procedimientos aduaneros
  • Comprensión de los KPI logísticos y las métricas de rendimiento
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación tanto en inglés como en español
  • Familiaridad con los procesos de transporte y distribución
  • Preferiblemente certificaciones profesionales (por ejemplo, APICS CSCP, CLTD)
  • Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno de ritmo rápido
  • Gran atención al detalle y capacidad de organización
