  • Lead the design and development of robust applications using Spring Boot and Microservices to optimize system performance and scalability.
  • Oversee the integration of REST Web Services to ensure seamless communication between different system components.
  • Provide technical expertise in Core Java to enhance application functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives in the Transportation and Logistics domain.
  • Implement PL/SQL solutions to manage and manipulate data efficiently ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards are maintained.
  • Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
  • Analyze system requirements and propose innovative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Develop documentation and technical guides to support system maintenance and user training.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Spring Boot and Microservices demonstrating a strong ability to develop scalable applications.
  • Have a deep understanding of REST Web Services enabling seamless integration and communication across systems.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Core Java showcasing the ability to enhance application performance and user experience.
  • Exhibit strong skills in PL/SQL ensuring efficient data management and manipulation.
  • Bring domain expertise in Transportation and Logistics aligning technical solutions with industry needs.
