We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist for our manufacturing facility in Saltillo, Coahuila. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment execution, delivering high-quality talent for manufacturing and electrical power roles. English is the working language. Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in Mexican manufacturing plants, with proven expertise in electrical power industry hiring, familiarity with the Saltillo labor market, and prior experience in Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred.Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution: Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles (production, technical, electrical, etc.), including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination to meet hiring targets.
- Industry-Specific Sourcing: Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for electrical power and manufacturing talent, leveraging Saltillo local job boards, industrial networks, referrals, and professional platforms to build high-quality talent pipelines.
- Candidate Management: Manage candidate lifecycle efficiently, maintain positive candidate relationships, provide timely feedback, and enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure recruitment activities comply with Mexican labor laws (Ley Federal del Trabajo), follow company policies, and optimize execution workflows for electrical power and manufacturing roles.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements (especially electrical power technical competencies), align on candidate criteria, and deliver timely recruitment updates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in Mexican manufacturing plants; solid track record in electrical power industry recruitment (technical, production, electrical roles). Familiarity with Saltillo/Coahuila labor market; Chinese-funded enterprise experience is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws and manufacturing recruitment compliance.
- English as working language: Fluent in written and spoken English/Spanish for cross-border coordination and candidate communication.
- Strong recruitment execution skills, with proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing manufacturing/electrical power talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in ATS, local Mexican job boards, and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with high integrity.
