Your responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level support for Salesforce support items, focusing on areas such as automation, validation, integration (including SAP and other systems), and configuration topics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of user issues with guidance from senior specialists, ensuring a high-quality Salesforce experience for internal customers.
  • Collaborate with business and IT colleagues, architects, and team members across our global organization to help deliver sustainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and help identify process optimizations or technical improvements for recurring issues.
  • Contribute to the documentation of processes and the maintenance of data models within the Salesforce landscape.
  • Proactively develop your knowledge by staying informed about new Salesforce features and best practices and participating in training and mentoring opportunities.
Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

What We Are Looking For:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification required (or firm commitment to obtain it in the first 6 months); additional certifications (such as Platform Developer) are a strong plus.
  • Initial experience supporting or configuring Salesforce (automation, validation, configuration, or integrations preferred); some exposure to Salesforce development (APEX, Lightning Components) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Willingness and motivation to learn from senior colleagues and develop technical and professional skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong service orientation.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit; fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) and agile project methods (Scrum) is a plus.
