Ubicación: Ensenada, Baja California


Objetivo del puesto:

Liderar y supervisar la ejecución física de obra del proyecto Bruma, garantizando cumplimiento de calidad, tiempos, costos y seguridad, en coordinación directa con CPMA, contratistas y demás frentes involucrados.


Responsabilidades:

  1. Coordinar la obra día a día junto con la gerenciadora.
  2. Supervisar contratistas generales y subcontratistas.
  3. Validar avances físicos vs cronograma.
  4. Revisar estimaciones, pagos y volumetrías en sitio.
  5. Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de calidad constructiva.
  6. Solucionar interferencias técnicas en obra.
  7. Gestionar el control de cambios durante construcción.
  8. Participar en juntas de obra y generar minutas.
  9. Coordinar visitas de inspección, pruebas y entregas.
  10. Asegurar cumplimiento con normativas de seguridad.
  11. Revisar entregables técnicos antes de ejecución.
  12. Mantener comunicación constante con Dirección.
  13. Apoyar en revisiones de diseño constructivo en campo.
  14. Monitorear avances para reportes a dirección y finanzas.
  15. Documentar desviaciones y generar lecciones aprendidas.


Requerimientos:

  • Escolaridad mínima necesaria: Licenciatura Ingeniería Civil o Arquitectura
  • Especialidad de escolaridad: Construcción, Supervisión de Obra, Dirección Técnica
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio a avanzado
  • Años de experiencia: +10 años

Otros estudios, conocimientos o requisitos:

  • MS Project, Excel avanzado
  • Conocimiento profundo en procesos constructivos y técnicas de obra
  • Familiaridad con estándares de calidad de hospitalidad/lujo
  • Manejo de presupuestos de obra
  • Deseable certificación en Seguridad y Salud en Obra
  • Experiencia previa en proyectos hoteleros o residenciales premium
