Today, it is considered a company with an unmatchable reputation in the Construction Industry. They are Design-Build and Design Bid Build performance-based General and Specialty Construction Company. They plan, manage, and execute multiple concurrent projects in various construction disciplines prioritizing an innovation and continuous improvement culture.**JOB SCOPE**The Accounting Manager will support the executive and project management teams with financial reporting ensuring the accuracy of all financial reports and project billing, working to plan and oversee timely reporting and establish/maintain strong trade relationships with Owners and Vendors**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible of accounts receivable and accounts payable- Ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting and project billing.- Understand contract terms and assist project managers in performing project star-ups.- Work with Project managers to provide accurate invoices to clients.- Plan, schedule, and oversee accounting staff.- Develop and recommend revisions to accounting systems, technology innovation, and procedures.- Monthly invoicing per contract- Ability to set up processes and procedures associated with Cost Controls and Cost to Complete Projections- Set up new projects- Draw request process, including review of draw request documents- Report monthly billing and contract status for the office**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent or AA degree in accounting with 4+ years of experience in accounting-related roles preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.- Experience managing accounts receivable and accounts payable- Desirable QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise software experience.- Spanish language advancedTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Has trabajado en la industria de la construccion?Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
