Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Digital Planning Transformation program is a global initiative designed to modernize how the organization plans, reports, and makes decisions. The goal is to move all Operating Units to a single, standardized planning and performance reporting platform, enabling real-time insights, reducing manual work by eliminating Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF-based reporting, and delivering a user-friendly, agile performance management tool: Cockpit.

As a SPOT / Cockpit Senior Analyst, you will act as a key bridge between the business and technology teams. You will partner with Sectors and Functions to understand reporting needs and translate them into high-quality digital dashboards and reporting solutions within Cockpit, the company's global performance reporting platform used by 7,000+ users with over 175,000 monthly views.

This role is critical to the success of the Digital Planning Transformation, enabling leadership teams to quickly identify trends, performance gaps, and areas requiring deeper analysis or action.

Your Impact

  • Partner with Operating Units and Functions to gather and clarify reporting requirements
  • Design and develop end-to-end financial performance dashboards with drill-down capabilities
  • Build and deploy standardized reporting frameworks and harmonized dashboards
  • Continuously enhance and evolve dashboards, tools, and systems to improve usability and performance
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of enhancements
  • Collaborate closely with S&T teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into Cockpit designs
  • Analyze how end-users (analysts and senior leaders) consume data and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Deliver new dashboard features and improve user experience and system performance
  • Ensure financial data security, compliance, and alignment with corporate and sector FP&A standards
  • Support training and enablement of Cockpit users
  • Deliver tactical, high-priority dashboard projects within the Digital Finance Cockpit team

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?

  • Experience in management and performance reporting
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and dashboard solutions
  • Experience with data and systems management in a financial or performance reporting environment
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Tableau
  • Strong Excel skills for analysis, modeling, and reporting
  • 0-1 year of professional experience in finance, analytics, reporting, or a related field
  • Advanced English
