The Sales Manager is a results-driven leader responsible for overseeing the firm's sales and client intake operations, with a strong emphasis on call center performance, lead conversion, and revenue growth. This role is critical in managing high-volume inbound and outbound sales activities, optimizing client consultations, and ensuring an exceptional prospective client experience.
The Sales Manager will lead the sales and intake teams, develop data-driven sales strategies, and collaborate closely with marketing and legal teams to ensure alignment between lead generation, client communication, and ethical service delivery. This position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and extensive experience in call center sales environments, particularly those handling complex or high-touch services.

$50,000 MX - $60,000 MX yearly

Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and client intake teams to meet and exceed consultation, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Oversee daily call center operations, including inbound and outbound call performance, quality assurance, and personnel needs.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations to improve sales effectiveness and client experience.
- Establish clear sales scripts, call flows, and intake standards aligned with legal and ethical requirements.
Sales Strategy & Performance Optimization
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on lead conversion, client retention, and revenue growth.
- Monitor call center KPIs such as call volume, conversion rates, response times, and appointment show rates.
- Analyze sales data, call recordings, and customer feedback to identify trends and improve performance.
- Optimize client intake and consultation processes to streamline lead qualification, scheduling, and follow-up.
Collaboration with Marketing & Legal Teams
- Partner with the marketing team to ensure sales strategies align with lead generation campaigns and messaging.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality, client objections, and conversion challenges.
- Work closely with attorneys and operations teams to ensure sales staff provide accurate, ethical, and compliant information to prospective clients.
- Ensure consistent communication and a seamless transition from initial contact to legal representation.
Client Engagement & Quality Assurance
- Handle high-value or escalated prospective client interactions via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Ensure all client communications are professional, accurate, and aligned with firm standards.
- Maintain a strong focus on client experience throughout the sales and intake process.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and track sales KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
- Use CRM tools and sales metrics to drive accountability and data-informed decision-making.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to clearly communicate complex legal and sales information in both languages.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with significant experience in a call center environment (legal, healthcare, financial services, or other high-touch industries preferred).
- Proven success managing high-volume sales or intake teams and driving measurable conversion and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of call center operations, including scripting, QA, coaching, and performance metrics.
- Experience working with CRM systems, call tracking software, and sales analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and lead teams to consistently achieve targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong coaching and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical judgment and ability to ensure compliance with legal and firm standards.
