Who are we looking for?
As Warehouse and Shipping Supervisor you will manage the warehouses where direct and indirect materials are kept, ensuring the supply in due time and form to the areas or users that require it.

Manages the shipping area in order to ensure that the shipping plan is executed one hundred percent, fulfilling shipments on time.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensures the correct and timely assortment of the Production Program.
  • Ensures the receipt and storage of raw materials.
  • Complies with and keeps warehouse procedures up to date.
  • Performs the daily cyclic count program.
  • Requests final disposition of obsoletes based on the system.
  • Coordinates the annual physical inventory.
  • Keeps track of the waste generated by the plant and returned to our sister company in the USA.
  • Plans the supply of indirect materials, as well as generating purchase orders.
  • Supplies raw and intermediate materials to production.
  • Controls and manages hazardous waste.
  • Manages the recertification process of raw materials.
  • Prepares materials for transfers to other plants.
  • Supervises the activities of his collaborators to fulfill 100% of the shipments on time.
  • Reviews with planning the orders to be shipped each day.
  • Audits shipments to match the physical against the shipping documents.
  • Audits the pallets used in shipments and requests to purchases in case more are required.
  • Supervises the personnel in charge so that they carry out and follow the procedure of their activities.
  • Performs cyclical counts of the warehouse in charge.
  • Maintains orderly pre-shipment and shipping areas.
  • Develops procedures related to its processes.
  • Is in charge of following up ICARS and IPARS, as well as validating, through processes, that the actions taken are effective.

Who are You?
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain positions.

Bachelor's degree completed
