Team Overview
The User Growth Senior Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies, specifically in an exciting & booming new business line. This data-driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the user base and influence behavior.
Role Responsibilities
- Acquisition / Engagement of our users to our platform as well as the growth of our user base, via a combination of online and offline strategies.
- Building deep data insights and understanding of our potential and existing users and retailers in the local culture, in order to build your own growth-oriented methodologies and initiatives, and also to constantly improve user experience.
- Using data to understand user and retailer behavior and experience, and identify areas for improvement as we grow our business, while always being aware and critical of ROI.
Role Qualifications
- At least 2 years of preferably online Grocery(or Food) delivery business, especially in (user) operations roles.
- Previous operational/analytical experience in strategy operations, data analytics, consulting, investment banking, or in tech industry, is a plus.
- Data driven and strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset.
- Self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
