Job Summary

Manage orders in our ERP system with accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate complex scenarios: multiple locations, transportation modes, and a wide variety of products.
Lead problem resolution when issues arise, acting with a sense of urgency and a customer-focused approach.

As a Customer Service Intern, you will be the link between our customers and operations, ensuring every order flows seamlessly—from initial entry to final delivery. Your mission will be to guarantee accuracy, speed, and quality, building trust and loyalty in every interaction.

What will you do?

  • Manage orders in our ERP system with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Coordinate complex scenarios: multiple locations, transportation modes, and a wide variety of products.

  • Analyze service standards to meet expectations and optimize processes.

  • Lead problem resolution when issues arise, acting with urgency and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Strong multitasking and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and trends.

  • Knowledge (or willingness to learn) about systems like SAP and supply chain processes.

  • Proactive attitude, leadership, and passion for exceeding expectations.
