You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

  • Determining feasibility, pricing, and specifications for non-standard requests to ensure profitability and propose alternative product solutions.
  • Managing and coordinating activities related to customer requests for quotes by facilitating discussions and uncovering business needs.
  • Assessing feasibility of new requests and consulting with manufacturing on capabilities, safety, design, and profitability for special products.
  • Preparing formal quotes and related documents to support the sales team in influencing customer purchase decisions.
  • Collaborating with marketing, manufacturing, product development, field sales, dealers, and customers to win bids and meet requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Design, Engineering, Product Design, or related field
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • 0–2 years of experience in a similar role

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong planning and organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Above-average math skills and mechanical understanding, including ability to read floor plans and engineering drawings
  • Ability to conceptualize and analyze technical data and define creative solutions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to convey technical data and influence stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships across teams
  • Proficiency with computer tools and programs related to product quoting
