Order Fulfillment

We are hiring an **Order Fulfillment - Mid Market Consultant**who will be the primary business consultant between Steelcase NA and AMQ as well as other platforms.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Manages the assigned accounts through the order fulfillment process from receipt of order to final installation and has responsibility for customer complaint resolution.
- Understands the Steelcase order fulfillment value stream, and optimizes supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery efficiencies, resulting in a phenomenal customer experience.
- Understands the health and well-being of the customers through performance measures and plays the role of the customer advocate to quality and manufacturing management for awareness and drives process improvement
- Project management. - Owns the decision making for OF processes when onboarding new businesses
- Proactively provide Operations Performance data to the Stakeholders to collaborate to create actions and resolution of the problems.
- Run regular and ad-hoc reporting as needed to provide business visibility.
- Train and educate new team members.
- Create process documentation and stand operating procedures as needed to meet channel development requirements.
- Can develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to help driving sales thru and outstanding customer experience.
- Accountable for customer satisfaction goals, along with the execution of strategies that support those goals.
- Assist customers from answering product questions to processing transactions through product delivery and installation.
- Aware of and supports Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Must have proven follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Professional standard of conduct which includes dependability, promptness, sense of urgency, and a willingness to own problem resolution

You’ll manage Steelcase costs and resolve difficult requests by providing effective, negotiated alterative solutions to satisfy both internal and external customer needs.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
- 3-4 year's experience in a similar position.
- Advanced English level.
- SAP knowledge.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to provide sound solutions to complex business issues
- Able to work with internal cross functional teams to fulfill retail orders and resolve problems.
- Ability to identify and implement remedial corrective action for order management problems or issues.

- Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills
- Work on assigned projects and tasks and assume responsibility for completing the work. Provide input on how to streamline processes and make running the business more efficient.
- Have awareness of Continuous Improvement/Lean methodology and involved in this of projects.
- Display the ability to adapt based on work conditions and management of various time sensitive tasks.
- Must understand corporate strategies w/emphasis on web business strategies
