Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a PM Engineer at Tutamen, based in Tijuana, BCN. The PM Engineer will oversee project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely project completion. Responsibilities include expediting workflows, conducting inspections, coordinating logistics, and managing project resources effectively. The role demands an ability to streamline processes, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and maintain high-quality standards. All of the above are directly affected by the customer communication that this position needs to emphasize.
Qualifications
- Expediting and Expeditor expertise to ensure efficient project progression and timely delivery
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and resource allocation
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality control practices
- Experience in sourcing and evaluating suppliers' capacity.
- Experience in Logistics Management to oversee and optimize supply chain processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams
- Experience in precision manufacturing or a related field is a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or relevant discipline.
- Can communicate verbally and in writing in English (B1).
