The Mold/Tool Design Engineer is responsible for design of customized injection molding tools from prototyping to production, repairs, reverse engineering. The position involves collaborating and working closely with R&D Engineering, Production Engineering, and suppliers to facilitate the release of new products and changes to existing products.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or related field with 10+ years in injection molding experience - Experience working in Solidworks, MasterCam, - Ideally have training and experience in the following areas: Injection Molding, Machining (Manual & CNC) - Be a fact-based problem solver and have the ability to strategically analyze situations and problems - Be innovative, take initiative, and be able to work independently with mínimal supervision - Extensive experience and expertise on injection molding tooling design.
