Responsibilities As the Director of Finance, you are expected to be a strategic, analytical leader with a strong results orientation, capable of balancing financial control with innovation and continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities include: Lead and supervise the areas of Accounting, Taxes, Cost Control, Credit & Collections, Purchasing, and Stores. Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with local and international standards. Design and implement internal control and audit strategies to safeguard the company’s assets. Coordinate the hotel’s annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Guarantee compliance with fiscal, legal, and corporate obligations. Maintain effective relationships with banks, external auditors, and regulatory authorities. Actively participate as a member of the Executive Committee, contributing to the hotel’s global strategy. Develop and lead the finance team, fostering local talent and promoting a high-performance culture. Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
