Job Description Summary
Process Sr. Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing labor standards, operation procedures, and equipment data at BOC Juarez. Engineering shall also provide technical support to the manufacturing organization to achieve the overall manufacturing goal of consistently producing quality low-cost products. Make strategies to validate new equipment and capital projects, make CR´s, IQ´s, OQ´s, PQ´s and software validations.

Sr Process Engineer
Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, biomedical engineering, or an appropriate engineering discipline.
  • 6 years of experience in manufacturing environments.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) including "hands-on applications" strongly desired.
  • Timely execution of special projects as required by plant management.
  • Process engineering preferably, in labor standards, methods, workplace layouts and material flow.
  • Ability to conceptualize ideas, and focus individuals and teams to drive projects to completion on time and on budget.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes including hand assembly and automated assembly technologies preferably.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills application.
  • Ability to communicate (written and oral) effectively with management, technical and operation personnel.
  • Trained and experienced in implementing Lean. Demonstrated implementation of standardized work. Apply the 8 manufacturing concepts. In deep understanding of all manufacturing areas.
  • Develops Project Plans, has some review points to drive execution. Allocates resources across most competing priorities. Successfully executes most projects.
  • Influencing change to qualification procedures; advanced statistical techniques (non-normal); ability to apply statistical and validation techniques creatively and appropriately.
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis and can manage most crises. Can define Problem Statement and communicate action plan to team members.
  • Ability to communicate well, both orally and written in English
