Job Purpose: The Warehouse Assistant III will support warehouse operations by managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. This role is critical in ensuring efficient material handling within the warehouse while adhering to compliance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving and inspecting materials to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and material movements using SAP system.

  • Coordinate the transfer of materials within the warehouse to optimize space and efficiency.

  • Prepare documentation for shipping and receiving materials.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines during all warehouse operations.

  • Support training and development of junior staff as needed.

  • Perform inventory counts and audits as directed by management.

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, with knowledge of material handling and shipping procedures.

  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

  • Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management, preferably with SAP experience.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
