Job Description:

Defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally feasible against specified strategic objectives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop short-term business plans and supporting data-driven models. Prepares detailed implementation strategies, including execution plans, resource allocation, and process responsibilities. Ensures business activities align with stakeholders' stated plans. Establishes business metrics, monitors actual performance, and provides recommendations to business leaders on meeting performance targets. Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans translate into financial value.

How you will make your mark

· Support the FY26 Discount-Based Pay Initiative: Concentrate on weekly data submission to Finance.

· Data and Dashboarding Support: Provide additional support for Power BI dashboard and analytics activities in coordination with team members based in India.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other business units to drive alignment on strategy and execution.

· Business Plan Development: Prepare and manage short-term business plans, including resource allocation and execution tactics.

· Performance Analysis: Examine data, monitor KPIs, and offer actionable recommendations to improve business results.

· Risk Management: Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and recommend alternatives.

· Documentation and Reporting: Create program materials, provide executive reports, and maintain leadership visibility into progress and results.

About you

· Power BI Expertise: Advanced skills in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and RLS/OLS, for developing, publishing, and maintaining dashboards and reports.

·4–6 years of experience in business planning, strategy, process improvement, finance, or related areas.

· Data Modeling & Analysis: Skilled at connecting to various data sources, transforming data, and building strong data models for business intelligence.

· Power Automate: Preference given to candidates with practical experience automating workflows and business processes using Power Automate.

· AI Integration: Demonstrated experience using AI tools or techniques to improve analytics, automate tasks, or optimize business processes is highly desirable.

· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation abilities.

· Project Management: Demonstrates strong project and relationship management skills.

· Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English.
