Buscamos a un(a) Setup Specialist que nos ayude con la configuración de las tiendas en línea de nuestros clientes. Serás responsable de la configuración de la tienda y del sistema de administración de Shopify; harás la integración e implementación de Apps y/o cualquier plugin que necesite integrarse a la tienda; y debes tener la habilidad de investigar y probar nuevas Apps que cumplan los requerimientos de nuestros clientes. RESPONSABILIDADES: Entender las necesidades y el alcance de cada proyecto. Configuración de la plataforma de Shopify: de inicio a fin. Carga masiva y manual de productos. Integración e implementación de Apps de Shopify. Investigación de Apps que solucionen las reglas de negocio del cliente. Solución de problemas relacionados con Shopify y/o con las Apps integradas. Solución de problemas y retos constantes: internos y externos. HABILIDADES: Extremadamente Detallista: muchas de las tiendas están en “vivo”, es decir, están vendiendo. Por lo tanto, los cambios en las configuraciones afectan en tiempo real a los clientes. Habilidad tecnológica y rápido aprendizaje de distintos softwares. Manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel. Problem solver: en Getmore siempre buscamos el “cómo sí” a cualquier reto. Disciplina y trabajo bajo presión. Comunicación clara y efectiva: tanto escrita como hablada. Buena redacción y ortografía: en español y en inglés. Proactividad y actitud positiva. EXPERIENCIA IDEAL: Experiencia en configuración de plataformas de e-commerce. Experiencia en implementación de aplicaciones en e-commerce. INFORMACIÓN GENERAL: Dirección: Remoto. Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9: 0 0 am a 6: 0 0 pm con una hora de comida.
