Main Purpose of Job: Manage, guide and develop all Supply Chain functions at plant in order to meet production and business needs at required performance levels and at optimized costs.

Key Outputs:
Ensure the delivery of outstanding service of factory Supply Chain at a minimum cost-to-serve

Manage, guide and develop the factory supply chain teams to ensure:
Detailed Production Scheduling is consistently delivering achievable plans for both manufacturing and filling/packaging operations within given Master Production Schedule, whilst minimizing production costs.
Material Management Planning (Inbound Material Management) makes raw & packaging material available on time and quality at best overall costs for seamless manufacturing; co-ordinates with suppliers of raw and packaging materials for maintaining service levels while constantly seeking improvement possibilities.
Material Handling runs warehousing operations for raw & packaging material and for finished goods within company guidelines (Good Warehousing Practices); records accurately the inventory and checks inventory rotation; controls and co-ordinates all documents relevant to receipt and despatch of goods.

Ensure smooth operations by effective communication and close collaboration with all internal partners at factory, Supply Chain, Procurement and external partners as Suppliers, Customs and Transport providers.

Key experiences:
Relevant and successful operational experience in a supervisory role at market/plant level in at least one of the following areas: (4-5 years)
- Manufacturing
- Industrial Performance
- Demand & Supply Planning
- Warehousing
- Inbound Material Management
- Production Planning
- Procurement

Relevant operational experience at market/plant level in the following areas is beneficial:

- NCE
- Finance: business planning, budget control, cost management
- Transports
