Description

Responsible for ensuring that all operational processes and procedures comply with the customs law. Also is responsible for ensuring that company operations comply with internal standards too.

Job activities/responsibilities
- Assure Master Data accuracy within the system.
- Perfect understanding on Ops SOPs.
- Lead training sessions for Key Users and End Users
- Setup the system according to operational needs
- Create the test scripts for the assigned account and lead the testing process
- This position is expected to follow up individual responsibilities, escalate issues when needed,

ensure timely completion of activities and provide status of different projects as often as

required.
- Must be familiar with the project's methodology mainly with time, scope and objectives, as

well as the role and function of each team member.
- This position is responsible to provide ongoing support to the operational team and escalate

when required.
- Develop solutions for practices that are out of compliance.
- Monitor departments to ensure compliance with company policy and industry regulations.
- Review current practices to ensure they stay within the boundaries of the law.
- Train team members to use best practices that align with regulations.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, International Commerce or equivalent experience.

Experience in customs operations and implementing Customs management systems.

Experience working with technical/operations teams and authorities

Aviability to live in Tijuana.
