We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Legal Assistant to join our legal team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth intake process for new clients, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting Spanish-speaking clients throughout their legal journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client intake, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and entered into the system accurately.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments with attorneys and paralegals.
- Provide information and support to clients regarding services and processes.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely communication and case progression.
- Assist with Spanish-English translation and communication for Spanish-speaking clients. Monitor and respond to leads from social media and LinkedIn.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service (hospitality is preferred), administrative support, or legal administration experience.
- Experience with MyCase or similar legal case management software is a plus.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, social media platforms, and digital communication tools.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) is required.
