**What you'll be doing**
- Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing teams
- Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
**What you'll need**
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter (seniority will be based on your experience)
- A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Business acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts
- Experience working in a high-volume hiring environment
- Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- High ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our vision
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in English
**Nice to have**
- Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth start-up, and/or fintech
