**Regional Sales Manager, LATAM**
The Regional Sales Manager, LATAM is essential to the continued growth of LUMINOR. This role provides the opportunity for travel, professional development, and the ability to be creative. As a remote, international salesperson, reporting directly to the Director of International Sales, you will determine the most effective business plan to find and secure new business while continuing to develop relationships with current customers. Playing an integral part in creating clean, lifesaving drinking water for the world.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with existing and new customers through understanding the customers’ strategic direction and aligning it with LUMINOR’s direction
- Initiate contact and develop new key accounts in alignment with corporate strategy
- Analyze the effectiveness of sales programs; recommend and implement changes based on findings
- Develop and implement distribution strategies, reselling agreements, and other growth opportunities
- Work closely with other LUMINOR Associates to ensure clear communication of programs, commitments, and key account requirements to ensure local level execution of customer support
- Attend trade shows as necessary; complete demonstrations that are accurate, thorough, and timely
**Requirements**:
- Reside in Mexico
- Minimum of 5 year’s Senior Sales/Key Account management experience; preference given to experience in the water industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a relate field
- Proven record of developing and executing a key account business development plan, exceeding stretch sales targets, and monitoring sales and marketing budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong business acumen in English and Spanish
- Must be eligible for cross boarder travel, with a valid passport and no criminal record
