**Warehouse Supervisor | E-Commerce Logistics and Operations**

We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our team. The main role is to lead and ensure the efficiency of all logistics and warehouse operations, specifically focused on our **e-commerce business**. You will be responsible for daily supervision, from the reception to the dispatch of goods, ensuring proper inventory management and meeting operational objectives.

This position is ideal for a leader with solid experience in e-commerce logistics, who has excellent team management skills and the ability to optimize processes in a dynamic and high-growth environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Lead, motivate, and assign tasks to staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Maintain the order and proper organization of the facilities, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Plan and execute cyclical and monthly inventories, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Foster communication and inter-departmental collaboration to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Participate in team performance evaluations and the implementation of continuous improvements in warehouse processes.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in a warehouse supervision leadership role, with proven experience in **e-commerce logistics** and team management.
- **Languages**:

- Spanish (essential).
- **Chinese (advanced): Essential requirement** for fluent communication with international suppliers and business partners.
- English (conversational): Valued positively.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Advanced handling of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Amazon logistics and e-commerce warehouse operations.
- Experience in the use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations.
- Skill in planning and executing inventories.
- **Key Skills**: Leadership, excellent team management, planning and organizational ability, problem-solving, and a high sense of responsibility.
