Warehouse Operations Team Lead

International logistics company is looking for a **Warehouse Operations Team Leader.**You will be responsible for overseeing, optimising and coordinating all logístical and operational processes within the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and compliance with safety standards. This role has a strong focus on continuous process improvement, effective team management and alignment with business objectives.- **Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese are a must **_**Location**:Industrial la presa, Tlalnepantla, Edo. de México**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?**- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade or related field.- Fluent conversational English and Mandarin Chinese are a must (the direct manager is of Chinese origin and will have contact with Chinese customers and suppliers).- Minimum 5 years' experience as a warehouse and supply chain operations manager and team leader.- E-commerce warehouse operations/forwarder- Warehouse management systems data analysis tools.- Budgeting and costing skills Health and safety protocols.- Transportation and Distribution Management Strategies- Quality Control Procedures Customs and Clearance Processes- Continuous Improvement Strategies (Lean, Six Sigma)**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**- Leadership and Team Management and Conflict Management- Ability to work as part of a team- Strategic Decision Making and Ability to Work Under Pressure- Organisational and Planning Skills- Problem Solving and High Proactivity- Strategic Thinking- Results Oriented**BENEFITS**- Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (Saturdays as required)- Salary up to $70,000 per month depending on experience.- Superior statutory benefits- Food vouchers- Savings fund- Medical and life insuranceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $70,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuanto tiempo harias de trayecto a la zona de trabajo?
