We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Help Desk Analyst - Full Time - to join our team in Guadalajara. Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco. Mexico. Requirements:

- Availability to work 45 hours per week
- Interest in working on Afternoon/Night shifts
- Advanced Portuguese
- Looking to work in IT Environment
- 6 months of experience in Customer Service We Offer:
