We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Help Desk Analyst - Full Time - to join our team in Guadalajara.

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco. Mexico.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work 45 hours per week

Portuguese and Spanish support
- Interest in working on Afternoon/Night shifts
- Advanced Portuguese and Spanish.
- Looking to work in IT Environment
- 6 months of experience in Customer Service

Activities
- General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
- Answer technical support calls providing and escalating to other support groups
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of the customer incidents and requests
- Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures
