We are currently looking for a dedicated Maintenance Warehouse Coordinator. This role is pivotal in maintaining and improving our process equipment and infrastructure. If you are a proactive individual with leadership skills and have a solid foundation in engineering, maintenance, and repair in a warehouse setting, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

**Requirements / What You'll Do For Us**
- Lead, coordinate and provide guidance to associates and vendors involved in maintenance programs, calibration, and infrastructure-related works.
- Improve our Warehouse's preventive maintenance program and minimize downtime.
- Plan and coordinate our maintenance notification's follow-ups in connection to our weekly PM plan.
- Participate in Warehouse communication and prioritize maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and develop technicians.
- Maintain up to date maintenance orders in SAP and supervise the calibration program.
- Monitor OPEX expenditure and requirement fulfillment in areas such as corporate and legal requirements, international standards, and customer requests.
- Ensure GMP, personal hygiene, and Food safety conditions are met in all maintenance standards.
- Communicate situations that can affect food safety due to changes or other reasons.

**What We're Looking For**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Fluency in English.
- Solid Knowledge on Industrial Refrigeration is preferred.
- Ability to lead a team, including activities such as hiring, performance reviews, setting of personal objectives, and termination.
- Experience in Autonomous maintenance and Lean manufacturing environment.
- Solid organizational skills for leading and coordinating a team.
- Strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving.
