**What You'll Do For Us**
- Conduct weekly analysis of the key management indicators for the area: OEE, Use Variances, PDR, Internal Defects, and inventory in interim WM/RF areas.
- Generate Pareto Causes, trends and participate in defining actions.
- Define the manufacturing cycle times of the SKUs.
- Participate in Root Cause Problem Resolution sessions.
- Participate in the development of FMEA for manufacturing processes.
- Offer support in Operational Excellence initiatives, with a primary focus on Standardized Work, 5S, and Performance Management.

**What are the Qualifications Needed**
- Advanced students in engineering.
- Fully English spoken and written.
