Production Manager washer System

Your tasks

Ensures on-time, qualitative and quantitative production and delivery of products to the customer at the right cost and within the safety target.

Responsible for leading and coordinating the activities related to the area of responsibility, with the purpose fulfilling productions plan, steering cost reduction projects, reaching goals, using the methodologies joined the LSW (Leader Standard Work), as well as CBS methods.
- Establish action plans to achieve the established objectives (OEE, FPY, Scrap, Accidents).
- Support troubleshooting issues during the process, detected in the product.
- Track the continuous improvement of safety, quality and production processes.
- Analyze the root cause of line stoppages and establish action plans
- Advise on decision-making to develop the production program.
- Update process indicators on the specified dashboards.
- Management of the cost center of the productive area to avoid deviations against budget.
- Follow the guidelines established in the Quality System, fulfilling the activities, responsibilities and their scope of authority described in the procedures and instructions applicable to their processes.
- Contribute to the compliance and monitoring of the indicators applicable to your processes. - Report the performance and trends of indicators to your processes, as well as opportunities for improvement in the different monitor boards ensuring compliance with the action plans derived from such monitoring.
- Manage the available resources to ensure compliance with quality objectives and indicators under your responsibility, monitoring them in the different review boards.

I-ndustrial Engineering Management (including IE systems and processes).
- Management skills, tools and techniques (Balanced Scorecard, Benchmarking, Finance for non financers).
- Human relations skills (team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness, networking).
- Communication skills, including Presentation and Negotiation techniques.
- Management system based on IATF 16949.
