Do you want to make a difference in the world and put your grain of sand together with a team that always walks together, always moving forward and becoming the world leader in rotary equipment?We are looking for an engineer to ensure the implementation of the different facets of the SPS and Production System at all levels and departments of the plant.Empower the different work teams to achieve the objectives and compliance with KPIs, Plant Certification in SPS, and implementation of Daily management.Know and follow up on different improvement projects and design or develop training programs for varying levels of technicians and specialists.Comply with the legal requirements of safety, hygiene, and the environment applicable to the companies activities, processes, and services, as well as what is established in the quality systems (ISO 9001/TS16949) and safety and environmental systems (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 500).**Requirements**:- University Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer Administrator, Industrial Engineering or related, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related.- Preferably with a diploma in Lean Manufacturing.- Extensive 5 years of relevant work experience in similar positions/automotive industry preferred.- Experience working in continuous deployment methodologies.- Strong analytical approach to problem-solving and creative solution development.- Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results.- Always act with awareness of your work´s impact on results.- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level.**About the Company**:This company is the global reference in rotative equipment while they stay at the forefront regarding technology and innovation and is represented in more than 130 countries.
