**Job Summary**:
This position will be contributing to the organization by assisting in some aspects of product life cycle management from supporting new product introductions to sustaining existing products. Collaborates with other team members to achieve business objectives. Provides timely and helpful responses to requests for information, warranty deviations, and product modifications to external and internal customers. As needed, seek additional guidance and advice from Leadership to resolve customer issues and help improve overall processes across the board for the business. The position reports to the Sr. Director of Product Management

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:

- Process Daily Transactional Work including:

- Order Exceptions
- RFWDs
- RFDs
- Level 1
- Responsible for managing the updates of literature including Spec Sheets, Instructions Sheets, and other Collateral on the website
- Responsible for identifying incorrect information and managing updates on websites
- Perform duties, including, but not limited to, Product Hierarchy Structure, pricing validation rules, PDM attributing as needed, coordination of photometric testing and scaling
- Assist Sales as needed with Competitive Crossovers

**Education (minimum education required)**:

- Bachelor of Engineering- Bachelor of Business Administration**Experience (minimum experience required)**:

- 3+ Years of Product/Customer Support Experience.
- Project Management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be a team player.
- Proficient knowledge of Product Lines. Working knowledge of wiring, lamps, and ballasts.
- Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
