Danfoss is looking for an experienced Product Support engineer within our Monterrey (Mexico) factory. You will be providing technical support for our Filter Drier portfolio, which is part of the Danfoss Air Conditioning & Commercial Refrigeration business unit. Danfoss offers you the unique opportunity to join a professional company and a global market leader in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
At this position you will be a part of cross functional teams including multiple stakeholders from different functional areas inside Danfoss as well as from external companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:

- Develop product literature and other documentation needs.
- Take ownership of product issues and see problems through to resolution.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve product issues.
- Escalate unresolved product or product related issues to the appropriate internal function or team.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to stakeholders/customers.
- In cooperation with Product Managers, support requests for new product variants and product change requests.
- Coordinate customer samples for product groups served.
- Develop and deliver training courses to internal personnel and external customers as needed.

**Background & Skills**:
**The main competencies that you will require to succeed are**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar relevant education or experience which provides good understanding of mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics
- Technical experience and knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
- Excellent skills in English is required - both speaking and writing
- Commercial or marketing background such as customer service, sales, technical support, product owner will be an asset
- Strong ability to move projects and secure progress
- Team player, supportive attitude
- Multitasking and able to work in matrix environment
- Willing to learn more every day and develop professionally
- Challenging and open minded with good analytical skills
- Customer centered with excellent communication skills
