**Perfil de puesto y experiência:
**Sexo**:Indistinto.

**Escolaridad mínima**:Licenciatura trunca en Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional, Mercadotecnia o carrera afín del área Económico - Administrativa.

**Escolaridad deseable**:Licenciatura terminada en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia o afín.

**Experiência mínima**:1 año realizando actividades de atención a clientes, validación de existencias de mercancía, envío, seguimiento y recepción de productos, facturación y elaboración de reportes.

**Conocimientos Técnicos**:Atención telefónica, por correo electrónico y presencial, manejo de Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) y Google Apps (drive, meet, etc.), navegación en internet, manejo de SAP Business One, redacción efectiva, ortografía y manejo de equipos de oficina (scanner, conmutador, copiadora, etc.)

**Objetivo**:Brindar el mejor servicio, oportuno y eficiente a todos los clientes de Alta Vertical, cumpliendo con los procesos

**Funciones:
- Dar atención a correos electrónicos y llamadas telefónicas de clientes, proveedores y público en general.
- Brindar información general y disponibilidad de los productos.
- Resolver dudas y solicitudes de información en general acerca de las marcas y sus productos.
- Gestionar y dar atención de pedidos prodeal.
- Capturar, actualizar y dar seguimiento a pedidos en sistema SAP business One, así como todo el proceso que implica (entrega, nota de crédito, devoluciones, etc.)
- Realizar la recepción, control y envío a Almacén Principal de mercancía devuelta por los clientes.
- Aclarar de diferencias en inventario entre Alta Vertical, almacén principal y cliente.
- Gestionar pedidos para eventos, atletas y personal de Alta Vertical.
- Apoyar en eventos fuera de la oficina.
- Llevar la administración de back orders.
- Apoyar en funciones administrativas en general para beneficio de la empresa.

**Ofrecemos**:
Horario: Lunes a Sábado de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm (1 hr de comida)

Sueldo: $11,000 Neto (PL)

Zona: Naucalpan (Torres de Satélite)
