The Functionary has handled over 5 million support requests, delivering market-leading customer satisfaction scores, to empower customers to get the help they need when they need it.**Responsibilities**- Respond to inbound calls for order placement- Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database- Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs- Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers- Accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance of customer files- Ask probing questions and overcome objections**Mandatory requirements**- High School Diploma or equivalent- 1 year of Call Center experience- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills- Must be able to work at the office: Fuente de las Piramides 16, Lomas de Tecamachalco, Naucalpan de Juarez, Estado de Mexico, 53950**We offer**- International work environment- Payroll-based contract- $15,000 MXN Gross base salary- Benefits above the law- Full-time, long-term, job opportunity.- Growth opportunities within a staffing, multinational companyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Naucalpan, Méx.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Call Center: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
