**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST

**Role Overview**:
**ey Responsibilities**:
**Intake/Recruiting Duties**:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment records and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support onboarding activities to provide new hires with a positive start.

**Coordinator Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring workflows are efficient and goals are met.
- Act as a liaison between teams and external partners, facilitating clear communication.
- Provide administrative and logístical support for various projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, meetings, and project updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, operations, or administrative roles.
- Fluency in **Bengali, Mandarin Chinese, or Russian** (required); Spanish or English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office tools and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
