**Proactive RFP Discovery**:

- Actively seek and identify relevant RFP opportunities in the education sector.
- Monitor various channels, databases, and networks for potential RFPs that align with the agency's expertise and goals.

**RFP Analysis and Insight Gathering**:

- Analyze incoming RFPs thoroughly to grasp client needs, project requirements, and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather essential information and insights to tailor proposals effectively.

**Crafting Comprehensive Proposals**:

- Lead the development of well-rounded and compelling proposals that align with client expectations.

**Team Collaboration and Strategic Input**:

- Work closely with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to integrate innovative solutions and tailored strategies into proposals.
- Ensure seamless alignment between proposed solutions and the agency's capabilities.

**Strategic Positioning and Messaging**:

- Develop strategies for effective positioning within proposals, emphasizing unique selling points and key differentiators.
- Create persuasive messaging to articulate the agency's value proposition convincingly.

**Quality Assurance and Adherence to Standards**:

- Conduct thorough reviews and edits to guarantee accuracy, coherence, and professionalism in all proposal content.
- Ensure proposals meet RFP requirements and align with the agency's high standards.

**Client Communication and Presentation**:

- Collaborate with the business development team to communicate effectively with potential clients during the RFP process.
- Address client inquiries and actively participate in client presentations as required.

**Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement**:

- Maintain a comprehensive repository of RFP responses, case studies, and relevant materials for future reference and continuous enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing successful RFP responses within the marketing or agency environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and a keen awareness of industry trends.
- Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: From $225,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Education Industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Request for Proposals: 2 years (required)
