**Sr. Commerce Platform Development**

**Main Purpose**:

- Deliver state of the art commerce integration platforms for PepsiCo’s s businesses globally by understanding business needs and priorities.
- Guide delivery teams utilizing knowledge of cloud native principles, modern software development stack (Microservices, APIs, component architectures) and modern software development process (lean, Agile, SAFE, DevOps, CI/CD)
- This position will be a regional point of contact in Latin America as an extension of the global Web and Commerce Platforms teams who will work with many layers of IT and the broader organization and external partners
**Accountabilities**
- Directing and overseeing high level strategic and tactical decisions for the prioritization of expansion and development of our Commerce platform.
- Articulate business and customer value to the development team and use it to guide prioritization. Own the development roadmap for our commerce Technology platform.
- Work together with our team of experienced Architects and developers, exploring user needs and understanding how they can be best translated into new iterations of current or new features for Commerce platform.
- Actively participate and often manage backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Primary point of contact for LatAm related Commerce Solutions for the Global Commerce Platform
- Match needs with Platform services, capabilities, and offerings.
- Broad industry understanding and technical SME for Commerce Solutions in the region
- Manage Sector/region Solution Portfolio

**Qualifications/Requirements**:**
Education/requirements**:

- Advanced English is a must
- 5+ years of software development in Java/Salesforce (cloudcraze/demandware preferred) and deep knowledge of web protocols (HTTP), web services and Restful API’s. knowledge of one or more commerce platforms like ATG, SAP Hybris or other preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant front-end development in (JavaScript/ES6, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue)
- 5+ years working on cloud native technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
**Non Technical Skills**:

- Highly effective collaboration and consensus-building skills, working across cross-functional organizations
- Experience with Lean product development and agile software development principles and process
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to identify audience needs and talk at the right level
