This Position reports to:
Country Customer Experience Lead

**Your role and responsibilities**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to facilitate the development of the marketing strategy for existing and potential products, systems, and/or services. Each day, you will support the definition of the assigned market footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model). You will also showcase your expertise by performing various market analyses.

This role is contributing to the **ELECTRIFICATION team and Stakeholders**

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Works with data warehouses and business intelligence tools to provide analysis related to demand and sales trends as well as internal performance data like order management, quotes & project management. Participates with management to contribute to strategic plans for improvement on internal KPIs for the USA Market.
- Interpreting resulting data and supports the Business Intelligence Manager in providing recommendations to Marketing and Sales management teams.
- Supporting the definition of business intelligence strategic plans in collaboration with management and driving relevant implementation.
- Prepares analyses of internal sales, technical and financial data, and external market data. Interprets resulting data and makes recommendations to marketing and sales management. Builds sales analyses regarding channels, segments, geographic areas, customers, products, systems, and services.

**Qualifications for the role**
- English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SQL for querying databases (only for data consultation).
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with the team and present data findings. Willingness to learn and grow within the BI field.
