Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst

**What will you do**

The Business Intelligence Analyst, Growth Enablement & Transformation will be part of the Growth Enablement team reporting to the Sr. Transformation Manager. This role will impact and be directly responsible for achieving business value and outcomes through the execution milestones across the support teams. The Business Intelligence Analyst, Growth Enablement & Transformation will be primarily responsible for enhancing, supporting and maintaining out Transformation PowerBI set of dashboards that connect to the Wave platform. This role is essential for transforming data into actionable insights, enabling our teams to make informed business decisions. The role also requires capability to address reporting, analyzing, risk and issue management, monitoring and communication across Workstream teams and stakeholders. This position will serve as a point of contact for Wave inquiries (Program Management Tool) and assist with PBI inquiries.
- This is a hybrid role that will be located at MBC in Monterrey, NL, Mexico._

**How will you do it**
- Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports that connect seamlessly to the Wave platform.
- Regularly review, update and optimize existing dashboards to ensure they meet business needs and provide accurate insights
- Implement best practices for dashboard design to enhance user experience and data visualization
- Monitor data quality and integrity, troubleshooting and resolving data discrepancies as they arise
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users regarding Transformation PowerBI dashboards, providing support and troubleshooting assistance
- Conduct training sessions and create and update documentation to help users effectively utilize PowerBI dashboards to interpret the data
- Analyze data trends and patterns to provide insights that drive business strategy and decision-making
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations based on dashboard analytics.
- Work closely with our internal TO Operations team and TO finance group to gather requirements and understand business objectives
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Analyze financial data and performance; Prepare reports and exhibits for Growth Enablement EC/ WSL level meetings, projections, draw actionable insights based on analysis
- Assists with managing configuration requests, custom report design and other development tasks in conjunction with our external Wave development team

- Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business intelligence tools and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in PowerBI, including DAX, M language, and data modeling skills. Solid understanding of database management and SQL for data extraction and manipulation is a must
- Has appropriate business acumen, and the desire to grow in the financial industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actional insights. Strives to present solutions simultaneously to raising issues.

**Preferred**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on PowerBI and data visualization
- Excellent communication, business writing, critical thinking, problem solving, and coaching skills
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels both internal and external
- Financial and operational modeling, and data visualization skills is a must
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques and technologies in the field of business intelligence
- Knowledge in SQL is a must
- Project management skills. Knowledge in project management standards, methods and tools
