As a Controllership Manager, you will assist with Technical Accounting Mentorship to the Business, Standardization of Policies in the LATAM Region and review over Shared Services Processes to improve the control efficiency in the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assists with coordination of Statutory Audits
- Provides Mentorship on Technical Accounting Matters (US GAAP Standards - Leases, Revenue Recognition, Estimates, Remeasurement)
- Supports the Shared Services Function with Process Alignment
- Drives Balance Sheet Reviews and account reconciliations
- Aligns processes in acquisitions to enforce to Corporate Governance
- Evaluates Segregation of Duties issues and Aligns approval matrices
- Delegates and Supervises staff under his/her supervision

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with 6 years of related experience.
- Desirable experience in Big 4 Public Accounting Firms
- Manufacturing Sector experience (Standard Costing)
- Experience in Multinational companies
