As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics.
This role will be based five days per week in our regional office in Mexico City, Mexico.

Key job responsibilities
- Contribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ year of corporate and or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting.
- 3+ year of experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.
- 3+ year of experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Fluent Spanish and Advanced English skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
