Sourcing Recruiter, Mexico Operations Talent

Bachelor’s Degree required or 2+ years of full time Amazon experience.- 1+ year of corporate and or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting.- 1+ year of experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.- 1+ year of experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.- Fluent Spanish and Advanced English skills.At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines.
