**Qualifications**:**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement overall **high-volume** recruiting strategy
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives and present to internal clients
- Monitor tasks and recruiting strategies
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a high-volume Sr Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Client facing role is a plus
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes
- Familiarity with TA databases and reporting
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2) and Spanish
- Call center experience required
