Senior Consultant, CRM Design

Requisition ID: 35950- Job Location(s): Monterrey, MXDanfoss is looking for a Senior Consultant, CRM Design to join our diverse team. As Senior Consultant in CRM Design in Danfoss, you will act as the link between business and the CRM Delivery organization (responsible for developing and configuring the CRM solutions). One of your primary tasks will be to engage with business stakeholders to clarify business requirements, understanding and challenging the business, and translate the requirements into solution designs which can be handed over to the CRM technical experts.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Clarify and align business requirements by understanding the users and their needs.
- Be part of CRM agile projects and define business requirements and the most optimal CRM solutions as well as ensuring thorough testing.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the CRM platform.
- Support training of our organization when needed (planning, materials, and execution).
- Assist with business support when users face issues with the use of the tools.
- Be self-driven in your engagement with your Product team and other stakeholders.
- Be part of an agile CRM team working closely with product owners and development team.

**Background & Skills**:

- _Bachelor Degree in engineering_
- _5 years of experience as consultant_
- _Knowledge in CRM, Salesforce_
- _English Advanced_
