We are looking for the star Project Manager who is not afraid of work and challenges Gladly becoming a partner with famous financial institution, we are gathering a team of professionals with wide range of skills to successfully deliver business value to the client. Our client is one of leaders in Financial Market and looking for strengthening its front-tier risk calculation and management. It involves a lot of different sub-systems to get integrated and make them working as the one meeting high quality standards including performance and robustness. Core system to interact with is FinCad F3. Technology stack we are targeting at is Kafka, Java, Python, Kubernetes, AWS.
Python is the core language of FinCad F3 framework for integration, math and financial modeling, reporting. The team works closely with business and IT stakeholders to integrate F3 into the bank's landscape (directly or via Kafka-based framework that's being engineered now) and build analytical financial models calculating various inputs to bank's business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works with project teams to define and design the scope for each project.
- Managing global equipment inventory, orders in flight, vendor relations on orders, alerting management to issues/forecast concerns
- Prepares and presents status updates for various projects
- Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes
- Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they're delivered as expected
- Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives
- Lead budget and resource allocation through all project phases
- Schedule project timelines
- Make estimates for the budget and schedule
- Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects
- Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel review
- Define roles and responsibilities of the team and determine clear deliverables
- Manage time reporting completion and ensure appropriate timecodes are available before project inception
- Solve technical delivery problems

**Skills**:
Must have
- You have:
- hands-on experience in FX area of Financial Services
- a degree in business administration, banking and finance, or economics
- business analysis experience in the financial industry
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
- 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Managerial skills: teams, scheduling, budgeting, and planning.

- able to work under pressure, but still act as part of the team
- known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
- fluent in English
- Trained in project management and knowledge of various methodologies to deliver successful projects

- Sound financial services knowledge is a bonus, with deep understanding of business end-to-end processes
- Experience in international organizations
