At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u. **Responsibilities**: **Sales Analytics Manager** **Main Purpose** This section requires a brief specific statement of why a position exists, i.e., the job’s major end result and ultimate purpose. It is included so that the reader can immediately obtain an impression or “snapshot” of the position’s overall fit within the organization. - This role is accountable for collaborating with the HBU sales organization to provide Category insights for the purpose of moving from a Vendor to a Partner with retailers. - Role collaborates across several business units from Quaker for Gamesa Warehouse and Sabritas nuts to Frito-Lay for the Sabritas Salty and Gamesa DSD portfolios - In addition to working across business units, this role is required to wire among Customer teams, Regions and continue to provide insights as the expert on Hispanic shopper and the Hispanic portfolio in collaboration with HBU marketing. - This includes wiring with Mexico team to provide performance and market insights that can be utilized from Mexico for the US. - Focus on continuous improvement agenda for his/her operations and his/her team in order to transform the service we are delivering to our clients, increasing the advanced analytics capabilities **This section is intended as an indicator of the scope of the job. The scope is indicated in terms of annual dollar measures, unit measures, budgets, and other dimensional data specific to the position.** *** **Accountabilities** Accountabilities are statements of the important end results which the job must achieve. These statements should relate to an end result or objective which must be accomplished and against which some measurement of performance can be applied. Category Quaker (Gamesa Warehouse and Sabritas Nuts) - Support the strategic marketplace evolution of insights and capabilities. - Wire across Strategy, Consumer Insights, DX, Customer Teams, Sales Strategy and Planning to synthesize drivers of market performance. - Commercialize new marketplace insights reporting and communication. - Promote and foster a "learning culture" by monitoring in-market performance and leveraging key learnings to set direction for future strategies/plans. - Actively conduct on-going review of analytical services to drive agility and effectiveness - Integrate information from many sources and develop actionable insights and recommendations. - Design and create compelling, clear, and concise presentations for senior management - Create planograms that incorporate sales and expertise of the cookie and savory cracker Category. o Additionally - garner insight that does not exist organizationally today to provide a perspective of the Hispanic shopper in these categories. Frito-Lay (Sabritas Salty and Gamesa DSD) - Support the strategic marketplace evolution of insights and capabilities. - Wire across Strategy, Consumer Insights, DX, Customer Teams, Sales Strategy and Planning to synthesize drivers of market performance. - Commercialize new marketplace insights reporting and communication. - Promote and foster a "learning culture" by monitoring in-market performance and leveraging key learnings to set direction for future strategies/plans. - Integrate information from many sources and develop actionable insights and recommendations - Design and create compelling, clear, and concise presentations for senior management. - Create planograms that incorporate sales and expertise of the cookie and savory cracker Category. o Additionally - garner insight that does not exist organizationally today to provide a perspective of the Hispanic shopper in these categories.
