Be part of our team, we have two positions for **Quality Engineer**:
**Functions**:
**A 【Process Quality - PQA】**
1. Coordinate process quality management operations and develop customer quality production strategies.
2. Enhance client quality, follow up on customer issue analysis and closure, meet customer needs, and achieve customer satisfaction.
3. Promote quality improvement at local factories and identify abnormal warning signs.

**B 【Supplier Quality - SQA】**
1. Supplier quality improvement: Drive internal quality improvements at suppliers based on annual quality goals and work plans to ensure incoming material quality.
2. Quality special initiatives: Conduct quality planning based on performance and establish special improvement projects.
3. New product management: Follow up on material issues at various stages of new product projects, and ensure closure on development design, molds, and supplier corrections.
4. Abnormality management: Analyze and confirm material responsibility issues related to incoming materials, production, and market quality abnormalities, issue 8D reports, and manage closure timelines.
5. Incoming material management: Develop material inspection SIP based on customer IIS and ensure consistency of specifications across the factory;
6. Claim transfer: Pursue compensation from suppliers for factory losses caused by defective materials and ensure timely resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in degree in Electronic, Electro-Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years in similar position.
- Advanced english
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork
